Responsibilities:
  • Serve as main point of contact for all VOIP Department activities.
  • Build, Manage and mentor VOIP department.
  • Design, build, operate and monitor the company VOIP systems.
  • Direct and approve the design of VOIP systems.
  • Lead and control strategy globally in our organization.
  • Manage and continuous contact with external providers.
  • Build and design work procedure.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing VOIP Department
  • Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in telecommunications as a VOIP Engineer/Architect or equivariant.
  • Deep understanding of network protocols and components (e.g. WAN, LAN, Firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Routing, packets capturing and analyzing, SIP, RTP, TCP/IP)
  • Designing end Deploying VOIP systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, freeswitch, kamailio)
  • Writing technical documents and working procedures while enforcing well documented and organized working environment .
  • Preform, report and control risk assessments.
  • Working with external service providers (e.g. DID suppliers, VOIP Providers).
  • Willing to travel.
