About This Position
The Junior Media Buyer will manage, analyze, and optimize paid media campaigns throughout assigned programmatic DSPs and will need to deliver exceptional results through their campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and logical who can think out of the box and be creative at heart but base his actions on clear data.
Role Description
  • Create and execute paid media campaigns across one or more of our channels
  • Oversee the analysis, recording, and trouble-shooting of performance data in Google Sheets and our systems.
  • Document our existing processes, create and manage daily reports
  • Collaborate and work closely with the design and dev team to create and adjust marketing materials to enhance campaign performance
  • Research for trends, sites and partners in designated markets
  • Monitor budget spend and adjust bids to improve ROI.
  • Create and manage A/B tests
  • Analyse and break down editorial performance of actual content in several key dimensions.
  • Desired Skills And Experience
  • Previous knowledge of digital marketing in the fields of SEO/ PPC/ Campaign management
  • Tech savvy individual- you know your way around social networks and websites
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel reporting; strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing- advantage
  • Superb analytical and organizational skills. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics – an advantage.
  • You collaborate effectively with team members in person and remotely
  • English proficiency- a must, additional language – advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantified fields- advantage
